Concept & System Design |
Design new aluminum systems along with their catalogue including all architectural, fabrication and installation details.
Providing concept design for projects based on proposed aluminum system including details & calculations. |

Detailed shop drawings |
The shop drawings related to aluminum and glazing works those will be submitted for approval of consultant should but not limited to the following:
- General plans/layouts for each level to show the horizontal divisions and exact location for vertical frames.
- General elevations for each side of the building using the architectural elevations to show the vertical divisions & exact level of each horizontal line.
- Partial elevation for each facade including tagging for glass and sectional details references.
- Sectional details (scale 1:1/1:2) for all different locations to show the system details and interface details with adjacent finishes, slab and false ceiling.
- If required 3D drawings will be provided for complicated areas.

Structural Calculations |
Following the shop drawings, project specs & system design, we will provide structural calculation including the following:
- Analysis for vertical profile to check if Stiffeners is required.
- Analysis for horizontal profile to check if stiffness is required.
- Analysis for brackets to define thickness, bolts and anchorage.
- Analysis for glass to find the required thickness.

Material Take Off |
| Based on approved shop drawings & calculations, we will issue a detailed material list that will be used to purchase the required materials for the project.

Fabrication & installation drawings |
This service needs to be co-ordinated with our clients either to follow their production formats or to follow our standard format which include but not limited to the following:
- Setting out plans to show the co-ordinates of each bracket, empeds and panels
- Tagged elevations for glass, panels, ladders etc.
- Assembly drawings for panels, ladders etc.
- Bar drawings for each component
- Glass order
- Material list for each order for the materials required t complete that order

As-Built drawings |
At the end of the project and in co-ordination with the installation team of our client, we will provide AS-Built drawings incorporating the actual executed units on site considering any changes might happened during the production & installation periods. |

Method statements |
For the complicated project our clients might need to define a method statement for both fabrication & installation methods and from our previous experience we can study those special projects and provide the required method statements. |

Technical Support |
Technical Support of consultant during the initial design stage to reach the optimum design for building facade.
Technical support for main contractor during working stage to co-ordinate with consultant & aluminum fabricator. |

Technical Assistance for Auction |
This service is designed specially for building owners, developers and main contractors where we can help them technically during tendering stage. |
